Sri Balaji Societys The Balajian Journal of Management Research (ISSN:3049-317X (Online)) is a biannual, double-blind peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the management for the dissemination of the latest research and studies in the diverse and vast world of management science. The journal has catalogued the latest research articles, papers and other content, adding on to the body of knowledge of the research in the management science and the quality of the content is maintained through a rigorous, evidence based screening for the maintenance of the desired levels of quality and ethical integrity in the research for the benefit of the readers of the journal.

The editorial team of the Sri Balaji Societys The Balajian Journal of Management Research are dedicated to the maintenance of the desired levels of research quality and always encourage original contributions for adding on to the body of knowledge in management science. In this regard, quality papers, research articles, reviews and book reports are solicited from the researchers, practitioners, academicians, and corporates associated with different fields for inclusion in the journal. Original contributions can be sent for possible publishing with the Sri Balaji Societys The Balajian Journal of Management Research through this email id - editor@sbup.edu.in 

The submitted original contributions in the form of research papers, management cases, review articles, perspective articles, book reviews, Ph.D synopsis, monographs and other related research related literary content to the journal will be double-blind reviewed by a panel of academicians and practitioners for possible acceptance and publishing into the Sri Balaji Societys The Balajian Journal of Management Research.
