The land of art and culture moulds you with grace and I embraced it all. My journey towards a corporate transformation from an artist began right on the fine morning when my cellphone greeted me with a mail from Sri Balaji Society.

There’s a Chinese Proverb which goes, “Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid of only standing still.” With this in mind I came to Sri Balaji University. Hailing from the town of Jamshedpur, I was accompanied by my childhood friends to SBU to explore myself, came here not only for studies but for learning....

Transformative Internship Journey at MedTourEasy Internships serve as a vital bridge between academic learning and real-world application. My internship at MedTourEasy was an enriching experience that provided hands-on exposure to data visualization, business intelligence, and social media analytics. Over the course of the project, I worked on Power BI dashboards, Tableau visualizations, and Python-based social media data analysis, which helped me gain practical insights into how data can drive business decision-making. This journey not only strengthened my technical skills in DAX formulas, forecasting, and trend analysis but also enhanced my abilities in problem-solving, teamwork, and analytical thinking. By applying classroom knowledge to real industry problems, I developed the confidence and adaptability required to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

To write something about My Guru My Mentor Col A Balasubramaniam or Bala Sir, it is tough to sum up a part of your life in a few words. Yes, Bala Sir and college are and will always be important parts of my life. My elder brother Inder Pal Singh Chadha (IPS) was with BIMM SBS 2005-2007, so was associated with college 2 years prior to I joined. I used to hear all great things about Bala Sir from my brother. The way he takes care of his students as his grandchild, the way he provides the best faculties, the way he is. Believe me, Bala Sir was not a simple human; he was an Institution himself. By being with him, you could learn far more than any Institute can teach you. So I start my memories with the day I went to college for the first time to get a flatmate, as I was among those students who got delayed in joining, and the hostel was occupied, so I was sitting in a corridor with other students where seniors were helping us to get a flat nearby. Bala Sir was just passing by; we all stood up. He just crossed me, and he stopped. He turned back and called me. I still remember his words, “ Acha acha aap IPS ka bhai hain beta, I am very happy you are here,” and he hugged me; I touched his feet. This was my first meeting with Bala Sir. After that, I have a number of memories with Sir and college as an escort to him, as Mess Committee Head for almost all the functions that happened in my stay at SBS, and many others, out of which one is Establishment of Ganesha Temple I am indebted to Bala Sir for selecting me for such auspicious work, which is one of a lifetime opportunity. We were part of every ritual, which, if I am not wrong, was for 9 or 13 days, whether it was a rice bath or coin bath, and the last moment when we had to put Ganesh ji on his Vedi. Bala Sir said Sardar ji Arpit ka hat lagwao. Bala Sir used to call me Sardar ji till recent alumni meets. When we had a con call to invite him for Delhi NCR alumni meets, whenever someone said sir JJ bhi hain, he just used to say oho Sardar ji, Sardar ji kaisa hain. For me, he is like my grandfather; believe me, I always feel him as a part of my life, and that’s the only reason I try to help any alumni, as I feel till the time I am alive I have to be there for SBUP. Bala Sir’s other philosophy was “small gestures, big returns." Believe me, if anybody has done X amount of support/work for him or SBS, he gives 50X to 100X in return. He was a provider, dreamer, and implementer. He will always remain our mentor. I can talk hours about my memories with Sir and college; words are less to describe our memories, love, and respect for them. We (I and IPS bhaiya) Love you Bala Sir, and we miss you, Bala Sir.

Few people turn their dreams into reality through sheer grit and determination. Bala Sir was one of them. He built an institute that transforms even the most average individuals into successful achievers, leaving behind a legacy of brilliance and excellence.
