SriBUILD's Management Development Program (MDP) is a tailored program for Corporate & Industrial participants. It stresses upon the value of ongoing learning, unlearning and learning again, and therefore motivates the participants to directly apply their newly gained knowledge in their companies with a view to tangible outcomes.
