The POSH Seminar was organized on 9th March 2024 aimed to raise awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act 2013, educating participants about their rights and responsibilities under the act while fostering a respectful and safe workplace environment. 

Advocate Neha Bhurat, an experienced legal professional, conducted the session, organized by Dr. Neha Kumari (Assistant Professor, BIMM) and Prof. Dhanraj Tambuskar (Professor, BIMM), Dr. Archana Shrivastava (Director, BIMM), and supported by the faculty mentors. The seminar featured engaging multimedia presentations, real-life case studies, and interactive discussions, making it an enlightening experience for all attendees. 

The seminar on Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) has not only shed light on the critical aspects of workplace ethics and safety but also equipped participants with the necessary legal frameworks and measures to foster a respectful and secure environment for all employees. The session underscored the importance of awareness, vigilance, and the collective responsibility of organizations to ensure a harassment-free workplace.
